SHIPPING POLICY

DELIVERY INFORMATION

• £9.95 for orders between £30 and £59.99
• £8.50 for orders between £60 and £84.99
• £6.50 for orders over £85

DISPATCH

All our food is dispatched in frozen form and packaged with insulation. It is
important to transfer the meals back to a freezer as soon as possible upon
delivery

DELIVERY SCHEDULE 

Deliveries are available from Wednesday to Friday, inclusive, between 8 am and
4 pm. Although deliveries typically arrive before midday, please note that we do not
guarantee specific delivery times. We aim to dispatch orders within 24 hours of
order confirmation.

During the checkout process, please indicate your preferred delivery day and date
in the designated box. We will contact you within 24 hours (often sooner) via phone
or email to confirm the delivery date. If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver on
the requested date, we will offer you an alternative. Orders placed over the
weekend will be confirmed no later than 12 noon on Monday.

Please be aware that orders placed on Thursday afternoon, Friday, Saturday, or
Sunday will be dispatched on Tuesday and delivered on Wednesday.

DELIVERY DESTINATION

Kindly note that we are unable to deliver to Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands,
or any other locations outside mainland Britain. Additionally, there are certain parts
of Scotland where next-day delivery cannot be guaranteed by our courier. If you
have any doubts, please contact us at 07761611212 before placing your order.
For deliveries outside mainland Britain, we reserve the right to pass on a card
handling fee (5%) in the event of a refund.

ORDERING ONLINE

You have the option to either create an account or proceed as a guest during the
checkout process.

All credit and debit card transactions on our website are processed by a leading
UK provider of internet payment processing. As a result, they are subject to the
latest security and data protection technology.

PACKAGING

Our food is dispatched frozen using recyclable packaging and shipped via an
overnight courier. The meals are carefully packed in insulated cardboard boxes
with ice packs. Once the parcel has been collected for delivery, we cannot accept
responsibility for any damages that may occur during transit.
Receiving Your Package
It is not necessary for you to be present at the time of delivery. However, please
provide specific instructions regarding where the box should be left if there is no
one available to receive it (e.g., in the shed, on the porch, etc.). Since the meals are
perishable, the box will always be left and cannot be returned to the depot. Once
the box has been left or signed for, it becomes the recipient's responsibility to
promptly return the meals to the freezer on the same day. If you are ordering a gift,
please ensure that the recipient is aware of the expected delivery, as we cannot be
held responsible for an unexpected gift left unclaimed in the recipient's garden
shed.
